Jyotsna Sharma

Jyotsna Sharma is responsible for Financial Planning for the Foundation. She is also the Vice President of Finance for Black Dragon Capital. Ms. Sharma has over 14 years of global experience leading investment portfolios and teams in the US, Middle East, and Asia. She has successfully managed multi-billion-dollar private equity and investment portfolios and is skilled at sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions for private equity funds, joint ventures, and partnerships.
Ms. Sharma applies a collaborative and alliance focused approach to drive strategy mandates.
Most recently, Ms. Sharma served as an Associate Director with the Fairfax County Government, where she successfully led several major investment mandates. Prior to Fairfax County, she served as a Director with Meraas Holding, where she participated in multi-billion-dollar investment mandates focused on economic development of Dubai and United Arab Emirates within the real estate, infrastructure, and technology sectors. She also held an Assistant Vice President position with Wells Fargo Advisors in the United States.
Jyotsna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School’s joint program, and she earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Technical University in India. She is a Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGGS).
