Gina Rogoto

​​Gina Rogoto is the director of operations of Louis Hernandez Jr.’s Foundation For A Bright Future, formerly A Little Hope Foundation. As a Development Manager, Gina has devoted herself to giving back by providing opportunities, resources, and a sense of connection to those in need. She believes widespread and effectual change is absolutely possible and works tirelessly to create channels for safe outreach options as well as access to better education. Gina has been able to optimize and elevate the Foundation’s operations by establishing an effective set of modifications to expand visibility through promotional strategy and greater awareness. While administrative support, project management, and operations management have been her main focus, she has also been able to help the Foundation by developing tailor-made marketing programs. Her contributions have enabled the Foundation to broaden its reach, capabilities, and most importantly – its impact.

Raised and educated in France, Gina moved to the United States in 2010 after earning a master’s degree in business administration in Paris. Having both lived in and traveled to a number of countries, she has a great passion for other cultures and speaks French, English, and Spanish fluently. A skilled communicator, she enjoys cultivating long-lasting business and philanthropic relationships that serve both organizations and the community as a whole.

Throughout Gina’s decade-long career, top name corporations, such as BCBG Max Azria and Avid Technology, have relied upon her operations management and marketing expertise to orchestrate and streamline vital processes and procedures within their organizations, resulting in greater brand representation. Gina believes the most noteworthy aspect of her career has been her ability to use her multifaceted talents to successfully move between several major industries including food, fashion, technology, and nonprofit. Committed to creating, implementing, and maintaining unique and effective operational solutions, Gina is highly adept at determining both the needs and pitfalls of an organization. She thrives in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously providing a fine-tuned attention to detail which truly sets her work (and the organization) apart.​
